John Davis
Founding Partner
John founded the construction company Construction Contractor in 1991 with his father Jim and his brother Brad. John has more than 50 years of construction experience. As president and CEO, John oversees all business operations as well as the overall construction management process ensuring that day-to-day operations meet or exceed the expectations of their clients.
Clay Andrews
Partner CEO/CFO
Clay joined the Team in 1994. He earned his B.S. in Accounting and is an expert in construction cost accounting. We approach all projects on an “open book” basis with clients. This has led Clay to develop project cost accounting records that are clear, concise and easily understood. Clay works closely with our Project Managers to ensure that all projects stay financially “on track.”
Rick Gordon
Partner President
Rick joined the team in 1998. He brings over 35 years of strategic planning and operational leadership experience to the team. During his tenure he has been responsible for leading and directing various projects and company operations. Today Rick is responsible for operational leadership and driving the strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives.
Amy Kump
Partner Chief Operating Officer
Amy joined the Team in 1999. Here at the Team, as Partner Chief Operating Officer, Amy supports our Associates in all matters. In all cases, Amy takes the time to fully understand any work-related issue an Associate may have – and dedicates herself to achieving optimum outcomes. Amy is always there to provide customized pathways to solve any challenge.
