This is the first of many City BBQ restaurants completed for this restaurant group. Located in the recently completed Art Van Outparcel Building (completed by Construction One in 2019). The owner’s representatives were frequently onsite making changes and looking for new solutions. Many challenging milestone dates for Owner’s vendors with long lead times on various finish materials and specialty equipment. Constant communication with Owner’s reps and vendors to maintain overall construction scheduling
